Sandra is a qualified lawyer with 20 years’ experience in the field of legal recruitment. She grew up and studied in Perth before working overseas and interstate.

Most recently, Sandra worked in the Human Resources team of a top-tier Australian firm, supporting senior stakeholders with all employee issues, which included recruitment at all levels.

She previously worked in senior management roles for two global recruitment companies in Sydney, where she successfully placed lawyers in both law firms and in-house positions. She has extensive experience of the Australian market and has also recruited lawyers in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia.

Sandra’s unique experiences as a recruiter (both in-house and agency) and HR practitioner allow her to provide clients with a pragmatic approach to recruitment issues whilst also being able to offer unparalleled market insights to both clients and candidates.
